摘要
地方高校与当地政府、企业和社会力量联动构建高校实践育人共同体,是地方高校主动适应经济社会发展和应用型人才培养要求,提升办学质量和影响力,实现转型发展的新模式。当前地方高校实践育人共同体建设机遇和挑战并存。明确理念,凝聚目标共识;提升能力,提供持续保障;畅通机制,促进有效推进;优化方法,凝练优势特色是推进地方高校实践育人共同体建设的有效探索。
To establish the construction of community of practice education together with local governments, enterprises and social forces is a new development strategy of Local Universities.It is an important measure to improve the quality of personnel training,and to enhance the schooling level and the teaching quality of local Universities. Nowadays,chance and challenge are coexisting in the construction of practice education community in local Universities.To clear the ideas,to improve the abilities,to free the mechanisms,to perfect the methods are effective explorations to strengthen the constructions of the construction of practice education community in local universities.
