摘要
伴随着高等教育应用型人才培养的变革,构建层次化、一体化的市场营销专业实践教学体系对培养应用型人才具有十分重要的现实意义。本研究基于目前市场营销实践教学普遍存在的问题,围绕专业应用型人才培养目标与专业实践教学改革要求,构建了“项目引领、专业竞赛、顶岗实习、模拟实验”四位一体式的实践教学体系,并提出了完善该实践教学体系的具体实施措施与保障措施,对其他高校相关专业的建设具有一定的参考价值。
With the reform of higher education applied talents training,it is of great practical significance to construct a hierarchical and integrated practical teaching system for marketing major in order to cultivate applied talents.Based on the current problems in marketing practice teaching,this study focuses on the training objectives of professional applied talents and the reform requirements of professional practice teaching.It constructs a four-in-one practice teaching system of"project guidance,professional competition,post practice and simulation experiment"and put forward the specific implementation measures and safeguard measures to improve the practice teaching system.It is of certain reference value to the construction of related majors in other universities.
