摘要
研究型教学是培养创新型人才的重要途径,是大学尤其是研究型大学的教改重点。本文以经济专业本科为研究对象,探讨了其教改中如何建立起特色人才培养机制,把培养学生研究能力和创新精神渗透在培养模式、培养途径中,培养出具有创新思维和相当研究能力的经济学高级人才。
research-based teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative talents,and is the focus of teaching reform in universities,especially research universities.This paper takes undergraduate of economics major as the research object,discusses how to establish the characteristic personnel training mechanism in its teaching reform,and integrates the training of students' research ability and innovation spirit into the training mode and training approach,so as to cultivate advanced economic talents with innovative thinking and considerable research ability.
