摘要
目的研究整体干预应用于心衰护理中的价值。方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年12月收治的82例心衰患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组给予常规方式护理,研究组给予整体干预模式。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理前、后夜间喘憋次数、左心室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者夜间喘憋次数、左心室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组夜间喘憋次数均减少,左心室舒张末期内径均缩小,左心室射血分数均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体干预应用于心衰患者的护理中具有显著效果,有利于提升患者对临床护理服务工作的满意度,还可改善其左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数,使夜间喘憋发生率下降,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the value of holistic intervention applied in heart failure nursing. Methods Eighty-two patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the research group was given holistic intervention. The nursing satisfaction, number of nighttime wheezing, left ventricular end -diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the number of nighttime wheezing, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05);after nursing, the number of wheezing at night decreased, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter decreased and the left ventricular ejection fraction increased in both groups, and those in the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic intervention applied in the nursing of patients with heart failure has a significant effect, which is conducive to improving patients' satisfaction with clinical nursing service, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction, and reducing the incidence of night wheezing of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
