摘要
文章对国外医院感染控制联络护士的选拔、培养和管理进行了综述,并从岗位设置、规范化培训、考评制度的角度对我国医院感染控制联络护士的发展提出启示,以期为护理管理者推动我国感染控制联络护士的发展提供新思路。
The paper reviewed the selection,cultivation and management of foreign infection control link nurses,and provided some inspirations for the development of infection control link nurses included post design,standard training and assessment mechanism,so as to provide new ideas for nursing managers to promote the development of infection control link nurses in China.
