摘要
目的:观察不同剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法:选取78例病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,依据摸球法将其分为对照组和观察组各39例,两组均予以腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,对照组给药剂量1 g,观察组给药剂量2 g,比较治疗前后两组临床疗效、肝功能指标水平的变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率为94.87%(37/39),明显高于对照组的74.36%(29/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2 g剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎的效果优于1 g剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗效果。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of different doses of Adenosylmethionine in treatment of patients with viral hepatitis. Methods: 78 patients with viral hepatitis were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group(n=39) and observation group(n=39) according to the ball method. The two groups were treated with Adenosylmethionine, the dose in the control group was 1 g, while that in the observation group was 2 g. The clinical efficacy, the changes of the liver function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the levels of γ-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GGT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and total bilirubin(TBiL) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(37/39), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.36%, 29/39), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusions: 2 g Adenosylmethionine is more effective in the treatment of the patients with viral hepatitis than 1 g Adenosylmethionine.
