摘要
排土场的坡度大小、单台阶堆置高度、基底土体的软弱厚度对排土场的稳定性产生重要的影响。因此,通过以国内某排土场为例,应用土力学固结理论研究排土场强度参数随时间变化规律,在其基础上,总结一种堆载预压施工工艺及流程的方法。结果表明:地基的抗剪强度随时间的延长而增长,排土场坡脚软土地基通过堆载预压方法进行处理,其抗剪强度总体呈上升趋势,但其增长规律却受土层条件、加载方式、加载时间等因素的影响,施工中应注意施工工艺及操作要点。
Soft soil foundation is mostly applied and treated in municipal projects and construction projects.However,there are limited applications of soft soil foundation in the treatment and maintenance of the toe of waste dump slope in mining industry.The common construction techniques for soft soil foundation treatment are replacement and fill,dynamic compaction,dynamic compaction replacement,densification by gravel piles and sludge extruding by dumping rock etc.Based on an engineering project case in a mine,this paper introduces the technique and process of surcharge preloading in the construction of waste dump.It also summarizes the safety management measures that are adopted during the construction.
