摘要
通过采用聚乙二醇、胶原蛋白、SP等添加剂进行6μm高抗拉强度锂电池铜箔的生产。结果表明,当系统溶液洁净度≤0.04ppm、聚乙二醇的加入量为0.07ppm、胶原蛋白的加入量为0.013ppm、SP的加入量为0.01ppm时,电解铜箔的常温和高温抗拉强度≥400MPa。
The production of a 6μm high tensile strength lithium battery copper foil is carried out by using additives such as polyethylene glycol,collagen and SP.The results show that when the cleanliness of the system solution is less than 0.04 ppm,the addition amount of the polyethylene glycol is 0.07 ppm,the collagen is 0.013 ppm,and the addition amount of the SP is 0.01 ppm,the tensile strength of normal temperature and the high-temperature of the electrolytic copper foil are more than 400 MPa.
