摘要
针对矿井目前最常用的掘进设备——EBZ160型掘进机,由于在设计上存在缺陷导致在实际作业过程中经常出现故障而严重制约掘进速度的问题,对EBZ160型掘进机上的照明、截割、喷雾和转载等系统进行了优化改进。改进后的掘进机在山西某煤矿进行了现场应用,试验期间,基本未出现故障,采掘效果良好,性能提升明显。
Aiming at EBZ160 tunneling machine,which is the most commonly used tunneling equipment in mine at present,because of the defects in design,the problems that often occur faults in actual operation and seriously restrict the speed of tunneling,the lighting on EBZ160 tunneling machine,The cutting,spraying and reloading systems are optimized and improved.The improved roadheader has been applied in a coal mine in Shanxi Province.During the test,there is no failure,the mining effect is good,and the performance is improved obviously.
