摘要
“塔式”培养模式是以“金字塔”为模型,采取夯实“塔基”、筑强“塔身”、塑造“塔尖”的方式培养人才。“塔式”培养模式即为分层培养模式,课程体系也应分模块设置,分层选择。通过对财务管理专业课程体系现状分析、人才市场需求调查分析、学生未来职业发展规划调查、财务管理专业“塔式”人才培养模式内涵分析,探索基于“塔式”人才培养模式下财务管理专业课程体系的构建。
The "Tower-type" cultivation mode takes the "Pyramid" as the model, and adopts the method of tamping the "pyramid foundation", building the "pyramid body" and shaping the "spire" to cultivate talents. The "Tower-type" cultivation mode is also known as stratification cultivation mode. Accordingly, the curriculum system based on this mode should be set up in modules and layers. Through analyzing the current situation of the financial management curriculum system, investigating the demands of the labor market, surveying the students' career planning, and examining the connotation of "Tower-type" talents cultivation mode, this paper explores the construction of curriculum system for the financial management major based on “Tower-type” cultivation mode.
