摘要
通过燃烧调整试验,分析氧量、调风盘、内二次风、外二次风、分级风等参数变化对W火焰锅炉效率及NOx排放浓度的影响。结果表明,在机组满负荷状态下,运行氧量控制在2.4%左右,外二次风旋流叶片角度63°,分级风门开度在85%~100%范围内,可使锅炉运行在最佳状态,提高锅炉效率,控制NOx生成。
Through combustion adjustment test, this paper analyzed the effects of oxygen content, air regulating disc, internal secondary air, external secondary air and classified air on efficiency and NOx emission concentration of W-shaped flame boiler.The results show that under the full load of the unit, the operating oxygen is controlled at about 2.4%, the angle of the outer secondary swirl blade is 63°, and the opening of the grading air valve is in the range of 85%~100%, which can make the boiler run in the best state, improve the efficiency of the boiler and control the generation of NOx.
