摘要
针对现有医疗系统心肺音检查系统价格昂贵、数据直观性不足等缺点,提出一种简易心肺音检测与分析系统。该系统以虚拟仪器为数据分析平台,以计算机声卡为模数转换装置,通过听诊器与声音传感器组成的电子拾音器进行心肺音信息采集,利用虚拟仪器直观的设计特点,解决原有系统的不足,可作为心肺疾病的诊断及未出现明显病例特征前的心肺疾病在心肺音特征上的反映,达到疾病早期诊断及心肺音症状可视化存储的目的,通过对正常心音信号、正常肺泡呼吸音及病态的大湿罗音和主动脉瓣狭窄伴关闭不严密心音信号实测并进行音频信号的功率谱分析发现,简易心肺音信号检测与分析系统运行正常,达到了设计目的。
Aimed at the disadvantages of the existing cardiopulmonary sound examination system, such as high price, insufficient data visualization and so on, it was proposed that a simple cardiopulmonary sound examination and analysis system, which took the virtual instrument as the data analysis platform and the computer sound card as the analog-to-digital conversion device. Cardiopulmonary acoustic information was picked up through cardiopulmonary stethoscope and sound sensor information collection, by using the virtual instrument intuitive designing characteristics, solved the shortage of the original system, which can be used as the diagnosis of lung disease cases and not obvious characteristics in front of the heart, lung and basic reflect on cardiopulmonary disease in lung sound characteristics, achieved early diagnosis and symptoms of heart sound visualization storage, through measured the normal heart sounds signal, normal alveolar breath sounds and pathological big wet rale and aortic stenosis with close imprecise heart sounds signal and analyzed the audio signal power spectrum, the results showed that the simple heart sound information monitoring and analyzing system was under normal operation, the designing purpose was achieved.
