摘要
高速铁路无砟轨道基础沉降、上拱,导致线路轨道几何形位不良,危及行车安全,严重干扰运行秩序。为了整治病害,须要架空线路,目前的架空方式施工复杂,效率低,对运输干扰大。本文根据高速铁路运营特点,研究了适用于轨道板快速更换的临时架空设备,主要由钢垫梁、扣件、支座和限位装置4部分组成,并进行了现场应用测试。结果表明钢垫梁挠度、梁端转角、纵梁翼缘板、腹板、加劲板应力均满足相关限值要求,梁体整体稳定性和局部稳定性均满足相关规范要求。
The settlement and arch of ballastless track foundation of high speed railway lead to poor track geometry,endanger traff ic safety and seriously disturb the operation order.In order to treat the disease,supporting track is needed.At present,supporting construction is complex, ineff icient and has great interference on transportation.According to the operation characteristics of high speed railway,the temporary supporting equipment suitable for rapid replacement of track slab was studied in this paper,which mainly consists of four parts,namely steel cushion beam,fastener,bearing and limit device,and the f ield application tests were carried out.The results show that the def lection of steel cushion beam,the angle of beam end,the stresses of f lange plate of longitudinal beam,web plate and stiffened plate meet the relevant limit requirements.The overall and local stability of the beam meet the requirements of relevant codes.
