摘要
目的:探讨助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的积极影响。方法:对象为80例高龄产妇,时间为2017年8月~2018年8月期间,将其中的40例产妇纳入对照组实施常规护理干预,另外40例纳入观察组实施助产护理干预,比较产妇时间和产后出血情况。结果:观察组产妇的第一、第二及第三产程时间均显著较对照组缩短(P<0.05),观察组产妇自然分娩和阴道助产、剖宫产率均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产后出血率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄产妇实施积极的助产护理干预,能显著缩短产程时间,降低产后出血和剖宫率,确保母婴安全,具有积极的推广价值。
Objective: To explore the positive effect of midwifery nursing intervention on delivery mode and labor process of elderly parturients. Methods: The subjects were 80 elderly parturients from August 2017 to August 2018. Among them, 40 parturients were divided into the control group for routine nursing intervention and the other 40 cases were included in the observation group for midwifery nursing intervention. The time of parturients and postpartum hemorrhage were compared. Results: The time of the first,second and third delivery of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The rates of natural delivery,vaginal midwifery and cesarean section of the observation group were lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05), and the postpartum hemorrhage rate of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of active midwifery nursing intervention for elderly parturients can significantly shorten the duration of labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate, ensure the safety of mother and infant,and has positive promotion value.
