摘要
目的:分析开放性四肢骨折患者手术中实施手术室护理对其切口感染率的影响。方法:选取2016年11月~2017年11月某院收治的88例开放性四肢骨折并采用手术治疗的患者资料作为本次调查对象,将其分为观察组和对照组各44例,给予对照组患者实施常规护理,而观察组患者实施手术室护理,分别观察两组患者接受不同护理模式后切口感染发生率和满意度。结果:观察组患者切口感染发生率为6.82%,对照组27.27%,观察组明显低于对照组,差距显著(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度为97.73%,对照组为81.82%,观察组明显高于对照组,差距显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于开放性四肢骨折患者实施手术室护理可有效降低患者切口发生感染,提升患者护理满意度,值得临床大力推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of operating room nursing on incision infection rate in patients with open limbs fracture. Methods: The data of 88 patients with open limb fractures admitted to a hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 and treated with surgery were selected as the subjects of this study. It was divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases each, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given operating room nursing. The incisional infection rate and satisfaction were observed in two groups of patients. Results: The incisive infection rate of patients in the observation group was 6.82%, and that of the control group was 27.27%. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with a significant difference ( P <0.05). And the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.73%, and that of the control group was 81.82%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with a significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Operating operating room nursing for patients with open limbs fracture can effectively reduce the infection of patients' incisions, and improve patients' care satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
