摘要
基于加氢裂化生产化工原料的需求,中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发了FC-76新一代灵活型加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂以富含介孔结构的改性Y型分子筛作为裂化组分,以Mo-Ni活性金属作为加氢组分,采用加氢活性强化技术制备,催化剂开环反应能力显著提高,与此同时,通过系列综合降成本措施的实施,催化剂成本显著降低。FC-76催化剂于2017年5月在上海石化1 500 kt/a加氢裂化装置上实现工业应用,取得良好的工业运行效果。与采用FC-76催化剂前的上一周期相比,本周期裂化催化剂采购成本降低近750万元;同时,本周期在加工原料更加劣质化的情况下,装置能耗下降2.31 kg标油/t原料,重石脑油收率提高5.94百分点;喷气燃料产品收率提高5.43百分点,尾油BMCI值降低1.9单位。
Based on the demand of chemical raw materials which are produced by hydrocracking, a new generation of flexible hydrocracking catalyst FC-76 is developed by SINOPEC Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP). The catalyst uses respectively modified Y zeolite with rich mesoporous structure and Mo-Ni active metal as cracking constituents and hydrogenation constituents.Hydrogenation activity enhancement technology is used to prepare the catalyst. The open-loop reaction ability of the catalyst is significantly improved.At the same time, the cost of catalyst is significantly reduced through the implementation of a series of cost reduction measures.In May 2017, FC-76 catalyst is used in Shanghai petrochemical 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit to achieve good industrial performance.Compared with the previous cycle, the purchase cost of cracking catalyst in this cycle has been reduced by nearly 7.5 million yuan. Meanwhile, the energy consumption of the unit has decreased by 2.31 kg/t, the yield of heavy naphtha has increased by 5.94 percentage points, the yield of jet fuel products has increased by 5.43 percentage points,and the BMCI value of tail oil has decreased by 1.9 units under the conditon of worse quality of raw materials.
