摘要
复合标底评标法是目前综合评标法中报价评分最常用的方法,其评分规则也是变化最多的,这种评标办法经过不断地改进和演化变得越来越复杂,使最终报价的确定变得愈加困难。根据多年的投标经验,对复合标底评标办法最优报价的测算方法进行深入研究,提出确定最终报价的定量依据,并通过一定的方法对测算数据进行处理,可以做到比较准确地确定最终报价。
The compound pre-tender price evaluation method is the most commonly used method At present,and its scoring rules have also changed a lot. This evaluation method after continuous improvement and evolution become more and more complex,so that the final offer becomes more difficult to determine.Based on many years of bidding experience,the optimal quotation calculation method of the composite pre-tender evaluation method is studied. The quantitative basis for determining the final offer is put forward. And through the certain methods to calculate the data processing,the final offer can be more accurately determined.
