摘要
当代城市面临以城市更新为主要内容的新一轮建设周期,此时以儿童友好型城市为目标创建对所有人友好的城市是很好的切入点。而游戏是儿童的天性,[1]城市公共户外儿童游戏空间是创建儿童友好型城市的重要部分。通过对巴黎的社区公园儿童游戏场、儿童公园、主题性游戏场和公共户外儿童游戏场营建的政策和其他保障等方面进行调研,发现在对儿童权利的重视、儿童户外活动空间的营建、社会各层面对儿童空间建设的努力等多方面,值得我国的城市管理和规划建设部门、城市规划师、景观设计师等借鉴。并提出城市儿童游戏场需构建完善科学的空间布局系统、儿童游戏场应进行个性化设计、儿童游戏场的安全性需要全社会多层面共同维护、城市管理和决策者需转变观念等结论。
The main contents of contemporary urban construction will be transformed from new town construction to old city renewal. The author investigates the design and usage of community park children's playgrounds, children's parks, theme playgrounds and policy approaches and safeguards in Paris. The emphasis on children's rights, the construction of Public outdoor playgrounds, and the efforts of all levels of society can be used for reference by China's urban management and planning departments, urban planners and landscape designers. It is concluded that it is necessary to construct a scientific spatial layout system of urban playgrounds, that playgrounds should be designed individually, that the safety of children in playgrounds should be maintained by the whole society at all levels, and that city management should change their ideas.
