摘要
为研究潍坊市设施西瓜主产区连作西瓜根结线虫的发病情况,为深入研究西瓜-辣椒轮作模式缓解西瓜连作障碍的研究提供方向,并为设施西瓜生产和西瓜根结线虫病害的科学防治提供依据,本研究对山东省青州市谭坊镇、昌乐县南郝镇等设施西瓜主产区根结线虫病害的发生及土壤微生物群落进行了调查。结果表明,12个样地中,连作西瓜样地的病情指标和根围根结线虫繁殖体数量均为最高,而与辣椒轮作的西瓜样地根结线虫危害较轻,连作辣椒样地的根结线虫病害最轻;西瓜-辣椒轮作地块的细菌/真菌、放线菌/真菌比值高于连作地块。单纯的西瓜-辣椒轮作无法达到防治根结线虫的目的,筛选抗(耐)线虫辣椒品种与耐线虫西瓜砧木嫁接苗,并进行西瓜-辣椒轮作,配合生物防治,是绿色无害化防治根结线虫的有效方法。
In order to study the incidence of root knot nematodes in main producing regions of watermelon in greenhouse of Weifang City, provide a direction for further research on watermelon-pepper rotation model to alleviate continuous cropping obstacle of watermelon, and improve the basis of scientific control of facility watermelon production and watermelon root knot nematode disease, the occurrence of the root knot nematode disease and the soil microbial community in main producing regions of watermelon in greenhouses of Tanfang Town, Qingzhou City and Nanhao Town, Changle County of Shandong Province were investigated. The results showed that the root knot nematode disease index and the root knot nematode propagule numbers in the continuous cropping watermelon sample sites were the highest in the total 12 sample sites, while the damage of root knot nematode in watermelon-pepper rotation was lighter, and the root knot nematode damage in the continuous cropping pepper was the lightest. The ratio of bacteria to fungi and actinomycetes to fungi in watermelon and pepper rotation sample sites were significantly higher than that in continuous cropping sample sites. The watermelon-pepper rotation could not achieve the purpose of controlling root knot nematode. It was a effective way for green and harmless control of root knot nematode to select varieties of pepper resistant (tolerant) to nematodes and the grafting watermelon rootstocks tolerant to nematodes and carrying out watermelon- pepper rotation, combined with biological control methods.
