摘要
目的探讨玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)合并黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月至2018年3月我院收治的76例(76眼)BRVO合并黄斑水肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例,38眼)和观察组(38例,38眼)。对照组给予玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合激光光凝治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的视力改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的BCVA、IOP及CMT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月,两组BCVA、CMT均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者白内障、视网膜脱落、结膜下出血、角膜上皮擦伤及一过性眼压增高发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗BRVO合并黄斑水肿的效果显著,其可显著改善患者视力,减轻其黄斑水肿症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of razumab combined with laser photocoagulation on branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO) with macular edema. Methods A total of 76 patients(76 eyes)with BRVO and macular edema treated in our hospital from May 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study objects. They were divided into control group(38 cases, 38 eyes) and observation group(38 cases, 38 eyes) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with intravitreal injection of razumab, while the observation group was treated with laser photocoagulation on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the BCVA, IOP and CMT between the two groups(P>0.05). At one month after treatment, the BCVA and CMT in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidences of cataract, retinal exfoliation,subconjunctival hemorrhage, corneal epithelial abrasion and transient intraocular hypertension between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of razumab combined with laser photocoagulation has a significant effect in the treatment of BRVO with macular edema. It can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients, alleviate the symptoms of macular edema and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
