基于STM32的热敏探测器均匀性测试仪的设计

摘要 针对传统热敏探测器均匀性测试仪智能化程度低和系统运行实时性差的问题出了一种基于STM32F373的热敏探测器均匀性测试仪的设计方法。测试仪由以STM32f373为核心的电路系统、光学聚焦系统、XY两轴位置控制平台、信号放大与采集系统和控制与显示系统组成,上位机采用VB进行了系统编程。采用热敏探测器进行系统测试,多次测试表明设计的均匀性测试仪的重复精度为0.82%,测试单点时间为1.49s,为小型化均匀性测试仪的设计提供了一种方法。 Aiming at the problem of low intelligence and slow operation of traditional homogeneity testing system for heat detector, a testing system of heat detector homogeneity based on STM32F373 is proposed.STM32 has the characteristics of high performance, low power consumption and real-time application.The core circuit of STM32 is combined with optic focusing system,XY axes position controlling platform,signal magnifying and aquisition system,and controlling and displaying system.The upper monitor uses VB to program the system.We take the heat detector to test the system and the result shows that the repeat precision of the homogeneity testing system of heat detector is 0.82%,testing time of single point is 1.49 s.It provides an idea for the design of homogeneity testing system of heat detector.
