摘要
山东省内河和沿海航运资源丰富,但河海联运模式发展缓慢,仍未形成高效的现代化水运网络体系。为加快山东省河海联运发展,完善现代海洋运输业,本文从山东省实施河海联运的基础条件和优势着手分析,对山东省河海联运的运输航路及方式作了详细规划及设计,提出了山东省河海联运发展对策,对山东省新旧动能重大转化工程背景下河海联运的模式的发展具有重要意义。
Inland and coastal shipping resources are rich in Shandong province, but slow to develop River-Sea through transport model, and still did not form efficient modern transportation network system. In order to accelerate the development of River-Sea through transport in Shandong province, and improve modern Marine transport, This paper analyzes the basic conditions and advantages of the implementation of the combined transport of river and sea in Shandong province, and detailed plans and designs are made for the transportation route and mode of river and sea combined transport, It put forward that development countermeasure for development of River-Sea through transport in Shandong, It is of great significance to the development of the mode of combined transport of river and sea under the background of the major transformation project of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong province.
