摘要
本文对航行于北部湾海域的3000GT以下的散货船舶抗风等级进行了分析。其中国际航线中小型散货船目前尚受实际参数、标准装载状况不一致的影响,不存在统一标准的理想解析;国内航线中小型散货船的抗风等级,通过数学模型分析,理想状态下有8级。但是该预报只能针对满足一定条件的国内航行海船法定检验技术规则的船舶,对于其他船舶并不适用。受目前北部湾航行的中小型散货船舶普遍存在人、船、环境、管理方面的问题影响,理想状态很难达到,实船的安全更需要仰仗船长对实际的准确判断以及良好的航海技艺来保障。
In this paper, the wind resistance grade of a bulk ship under 3000GT sailing in Beibu gulf is analyzed. Among them, small and medium-sized bulk carriers on international routes are still affected by the inconsistency of actual parameters and standard loading conditions. The wind resistance level of small and medium-sized bulk carriers on domestic routes, through mathematical model analysis, has 8 levels in an ideal state. However, this forecast can only be used for the domestic navigation ships that meet certain conditions of the statutory inspection technical rules, and is not applicable to other ships. Due to the problems of people, ship, environment and management commonly existing in small and medium-sized bulk ships sailing in beibu bay, it is difficult to achieve the ideal state. The safety of ships needs to rely on the captain's accurate judgment of the actual situation and good navigation skills to ensure.
