摘要
本文从教师专业发展的视角出发,从高校体育教师职后教育课程设置存在的问题、课程设置原则和课程设置的对策方面进行研究,探索科学合理的、符合高校体育教育需要的职后教育课程设置方案,为职后教育相关部门制定高校体育教师职后教育课程设置提供参考。
From the perspective of professional development of teachers,this paper studies the problems existed in the curriculum of post-service education of college PE teachers,the principles of curriculum setting and the countermeasures of curriculum setting,and explores the scientific and rational curriculum of post-service education that meets the needs of college physical education. The program provides a reference for the establishment of post-service education curriculum for college PE teachers for related departments.
