摘要
针对飞来峡水利枢纽社岗堤除险加固工程实际,按照安全可靠、生态优先、系统设计、整体生态、因地制宜、文化融合的设计原则,工程加固方案采用“技术、经济、生态”三因素比选新方法,通过各专业联动系统设计、方案生态比选、分区设计、弃渣资源化、节能产品采用、水文化与水生态融合等手段,实现了安全可靠、生态优先、经济合理、文化融合的建设目标。
In view of the actual situation of the reinforcement project of Shegang levee of Feilaixia Hydro-junction,and according to the design principles of safety and reliability,ecological priority,systematic design,ecological holism,local conditions and cultural integration,a new method of comparison and selection of three factors is adopted in project,which includes "technology,economy and ecology".Through the design of various professional linkage systems,ecological comparison and selection of schemes,zoning design,resource utilization of waste residue,adoption of energy-saving product,integration of water culture and water ecology,the reinforcement project has achieved the construction goals of safety and reliability,ecological priority,economic rationality and cultural integration.
