Cost control and management is a very important work in coal mine construction project.Emphasis should be placed on cost control and management in coal mine construction projects.Based on the analysis and exploration of cost influencing factors and the industry characteristics of cost management, the cost control and management strategies of coal mine construction projects should be effectively put forward. Analyzing the methods of dynamic supervision and management of the whole construction process can effectively improve the economic benefits of coal mine construction projects.
