摘要
以广西储量丰富的辉沸石作为硅源,以偏铝酸钠提供铝源,在氢氧化钠的碱性水热条件下,于90℃下晶化6h成功合成了P型分子筛。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、XPS、TGA-DSC、BET、Zeta电位表征手段进行分析。结果表明,P型分子筛主要由Si、Al、Na、O元素组成,其中的Si2p存在两个结合能峰,分别为102.24eV和103.16eV,Al2p存在两个结合能峰,分别为74.54eV和73.88eV;P型分子筛具有较好的热稳定性,在温度低于600℃时,晶体结构不发生变化;P型分子筛在pH=5.75的酸性溶液中达到零电位点,并且在pH=8的溶液中具有最大的吸附阳离子的能力;P型分子筛的比表面积和孔体积分别为17.1359m^2/g、0.006845cm3/g,孔径在3.2nm左右。
The P-type molecular sieve was successfully synthesized under the alkaline condition by hydrothermal method at 90 °C for 6 h,the silicon source was provided by stilbite which was a natural mineral in Guangxi,the aluminum source was provided by sodium aluminate.The structure and performance was characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,XPS,TGA-DSC,BET,and Zeta potential.The results show that the P-type molecular sieve is mainly composed of Si,Al,Na and O elements,the doublets characteristic of Si2p appears at 102.24 eV and 103.16 eV,while the doublets characteristic of Al2p appears at 74.54 eV and 73.88 eV, P-type molecular sieve has good thermal stability,when the temperature is lower than 600 ℃,The crystal structure of P-type molecular sieve was not changed.the P-type molecular sieve reaches a zero potential point in an acidic solution with pH=5.75,and it has the largest ability to adsorb cations in a solution with pH=8;the surface area is 17.1359 m^2/g,the pore volume is 0.006845 cm3/g and the pore size of P-type molecular sieve is about 3.2 nm.
