摘要 分析了建筑信息建模技术在集成管理设计阶段和施工阶段的应用。为了能实现管道和综合管廊主体结构的同步设计,就要把建筑信息建模技术充分应用到综合管廊设计施工的整个过程中。此外,尽可能地在施工的阶段实现最大的效率。所以为了能提升项目的实效性和综合管廊的智能化建设和运营的管理,须有一套成熟的建筑信息实施的系统。 This article analyzes in detail the application of building information modeling technology in the integrated management design phase and construction phase. In order to realize the synchronous design of the main structure of the pipeline and the integrated pipe gallery,it is necessary to fully apply the building information modeling technology to the whole process of the design and construction of the integrated pipe gallery. In addition to this,achieve maximum efficiency in the construction phase as much as possible. Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of the project and the intelligent construction and operation management of the integrated pipe corridor,it is necessary to have a mature system for implementing building information.
