摘要
以硫浆为原料,采用浆液流态化进料的脱硫废液焚烧制酸工艺具有安全、环保、运行稳定、自动化水平高等突出优点;控制副产稀硫酸生成量的关键在于严格控制进入焚烧炉的原料硫浆浓度;当煤气脱氨采用硫铵工艺时,副产稀硫酸送入硫铵单元饱和器,稀硫酸可完全回收利用。
The process of sulfuric acid making with fluid sulfur slurry as feedstock is characterized with safety,environment protection,stability and high automation.The key to control of diluted sulfuric acid formation amount is to strictly control the concentration of sulfur slurry into the incinerator.If ammonium sulfate process is adopted for ammonia removal,the diluted sulfuric acid,as by-product,can be delivered to ammonia sulfate saturator and completely recovered.
