摘要
住宅小区分质供水近年来发展迅速,已逐渐成为小区供水的发展方向。为分质供水的进一步推广应用提供一定的经验参考,文中针对济南市推进分质供水项目实施的背景,详细介绍了济南市山水华府小区分质供水项目的技术分析、经济分析和运营模式。结果表明,山水华府小区采用的“多介质过滤-纳滤-紫外”工艺运行稳定,分质供水水质满足《饮用净水水质标准》(CJ/T94—2005)的要求;本项目投资估算共计770万元,制水成本(包含原材料和动力费用)为10.2元/m^3,投资回收期6.88年。分质供水项目在济南市新建小区进行推广,符合人民对于高品质饮用水的期望,具有经济和技术的可行性。
In recent years, residential quality classified water supply has been developing rapidly and has become the development direction of water supply. This paper introduces the technical and economical analysis and operation mode of the quality classified water supply project in Shanshuihuafu Community in Jinan, according to the background of promoting the implementation of the quality classified water supply project. The results show that the "Multi-medium filter-Nanofiltration-UV"integrated process adopted by Shanshuihuafu Community is stable in operation, and the quality of the finished water meets the requirements of water quality standard for fine drinking water(CJ/T 94-2005).The investment of this project is estimated to be 7.7 million yuan in total, the water production cost (including raw materials and power costs) is 10.2 yuan/m ^3, and the investment payback period is 6.88 years. To popularize the quality classified water supply project in the new-built community is in line with the people's expectation of high-quality drinking water in Jinan and has the economic and technical feasibility.
