摘要
该文综合2005年—2018年10余年有关轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)的研究结果和实验,从心理测评、影像研究、神经电生理研究和神经环路与心理模型进行归纳,综合探讨MCI患者在这几方面的变化,以帮助临床上对MCI的诊断,进而找到合适的方法提高MCI检出的敏感性和特异性,提高对其转归的预测力。
This article combines researches and experiments of mild cognitive impairment(MCI) from 2005 to2018.It makes a conclusion among psychological evaluation,imaging studies,nerve electrophysiology,neural circuit and mental models,and concludes the changes of patients with MCI,which helps to make a definite diagnosis of MCI in clinical practice.Due to the research above we can find the suitable way to improve the sensitivity and specificity of discovery of MCI,improve the predictive power of its development,and intervene potential Alzheimer’s disease effectively.
