The paper discusses and studies the application method of budgetary estimate software in project management. Firstly, it clarifies the common methods of applying budgetary estimate software in engineering management, and then analyzes the strategies of improving the efficiency of budgetary estimate software in engineering management. It is hoped that this can provide some reference for the relevant staff.
