摘要
建设学习型社会是我国全面建设小康社会的重要目标,具有重大战略意义。研究以苏南经济发达地区昆山市为例,通过调查走访昆山市教育局、昆山市民政局等部门,获取昆山市学习型社会建设相关统计数据,明晰昆山市社区教育开展、数字化学习平台建设、民办非学历教育开展、公共图书馆学习活动开展、老年大学教育开展、文化事业开展等学习型社会建设现状,发现存在的问题,在对问题研究分析基础上提出针对性的政策建议,具有科学性和可操作性,研究结果能够促进苏南经济发达地区社会教育的健康发展。
Building a learning society is an important goal for building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country,which has great strategic significance.Taking Kunshan,an economically developed region in South of Jiangsu as a case study,through the investigation of Kunshan Education Bureau,Kunshan Civil Affairs Bureau and other departments,we obtained some relevant statistical data of the construction of a learning society in Kunshan,clarified the current situation of the construction of a learning society in Kunshan including the development of community education,the construction of a digital learning platform,the development of private non-academic education,the development of learning activities in public libraries,the development of university education for the aged and the development of cultural undertakings,found the existing problems on the basis of research and analysis of the problems,put forward pertinent policy recommendations which are scientific and operable.The research results can promote the healthy development of social education in economically developed areas of southern Jiangsu.
