摘要
闽菜荔枝肉是传统的福州名菜,在创新制作工艺过程中,需要通过大量的试验,制作出符合要求的菜肴,本文对创新操作工艺进行了设计与优化。
Litchi meat is a traditional famous dish in Fuzhou.In the process of innovative production process,a large number of experiments are needed to produce dishes that meet the requirements.This paper designed and optimized the process of innovative operation.
