摘要
目前,我国建设工程实施阶段项目参与建设单位较多,传统计量支付方式应用多年,导致我国BIM技术在应用的时候还存在诸多局限性。工程造价是贯穿项目建设全过程,在这方面因为缺乏行业标准而迎合不了BIM技术的发展。本文从这个角度出发,对我国造价行业现状以及BIM技术应用影响进行论述,针对存在的问题提出合理化建议,以推进BIM技术在工程造价领域应用的发展。
At present, the construction of the project implementation stage of the project involved the construction of more units, for many years the traditional measurement method of payment, resulting in the application of BIM technology, there are still many limitations. Project cost throughout the entire process of project construction, in this regard because of the lack of industry standards and can not meet the development of BIM technology. This article from this point of view, the status quo and the impact of BIM technology on the cost of the industry are discussed, reasonable suggestions for the existing problems in order to promote the development and application of BIM technology in the field of project cost.
