摘要 铸造实训教学是高等院校工程训练教学基础课程,由于大型铸造实训设备购置和运行成本较高、铸造过程存在安全隐患等原因,各高校在铸造实训安排上难以达到预期的教学目标,学生真正铸造加工操作及工艺过程分析能力也得不到有效提高。通过将小型重力浇铸装置应用到铸造实训教学中,能够弥补以上缺点,并可以有效提高学生操作能力和创新设计能力,对提升铸造实训质量有着重要的意义。 The casting training teaching is the basic course of engineering training teaching in colleges and universities. Due to the high cost of purchasing and operating large casting training equipment, and there are safety hazards in the casting process, It is difficult for colleges and universities to achieve the expected teaching goals in the casting training arrangements. Students' ability to truly cast machining operations and process analysis has not been effectively improved. By applying a small gravity casting device to the casting training teaching, the above disadvantages can be compensated. In addition, it can effectively improve students' operational ability and innovative design ability, and has important significance for improving the quality of casting training.
