摘要
反应堆内复合结构件的焊缝熔深需要进行有效的无损检测,但由于结构特殊,常规无损检测方法无法满足要求。本文采用新型超声检测技术—超声显微技术(SAM)对复合结构件的焊缝熔深进行检测。检测结果表明,焊缝熔深实测平均偏差为137. 4μm。该技术解决了焊缝熔深的检测难题,可为实际工程应用提供参考。
Weld penetration between composite structure component is required to be measured with effective NDT methods. However, because of its special structures, traditional NDT methods can’t fit the technical condition. To solve this problem, the paper took a new ultrasonic testing method-scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) to measure the weld penetration. The results show that mean error was 137.4μm. The technique solved the detection problem of weld penetration, it can provide reference for engineering application.
