摘要
特色小镇的建设和可持续发展都离不开能源,清洁低碳、安全高效的绿色能源供给应成为所有特色小镇建设的共同点。在我国新型城镇化建设及绿色生态发展目标的引导下,特色小镇的能源消费形态有别于传统的城镇,对特色小镇的能源消费特点进行分析,基于对用户需求特性的分析,将能源的生产、传输、消费和管理作为一个整体进行统筹考虑,提出了供电供冷供热的绿色能源解决方案,为特色小镇的能源规划提供参考。
The construction and sustainable development of Characteristic Towns cannot be separated from energy. The clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient green energy supply should be the common feature of all kinds of Characteristic Towns. Under the guidance of China ’s new-type urbanization and green sustainable development,the energy consumption features of Characteristic Towns must be different from traditional towns. This paper mainly analyses the energy consumption performance of Characteristic Towns,and proposes the green energy supply solutions of cooling,heating and power based on the analysis of users ’demand,considering the production,transmission,consumption and management of energy as an integral whole.
