摘要
当前光伏组件企业在处理背板质量问题投诉时,多要求供应商用8d方法(8 Disciplines)进行分析整改。本文结合光伏背板的特点,按照8个步骤及各个环节常用的质量工具,探讨了8d方法在解决客户投诉过程中的实际应用。
At present, PV module manufacturers are required to supply commercial 8D methods(8 Disciplines) for analysis and rectification when handling complaints about photovoltaic backsheet quality issues. Based on the characteristics of the photovoltaic photovoltaic backsheet, and discusses the practical application of the 8 d method in solving the customer complaint process according to the eight steps and the quality tools commonly used in each link.
