摘要
目前国内脚手架主要是扣件式钢管脚手架占主体,但随着建筑结构形式的不断变化,新型脚手架的研制、开发与推广已迫在眉睫。本文通过试验检测了新型盘扣式脚手架与传统脚手架在样品外观质量、尺寸、主要构配件的力学性能等指标,从而得出新旧脚手架产品性能的对比,以及新型脚手架的极限承载力数据和破坏形式。
At present domestic scaffolding is primarily a fastener type steel pipe scaffold, but with the constant change of building structure, the development and promotion of new type of scaffolding is imminent. In this paper, the appearance quality, dimensions and mechanical properties of main components of the new set clasp scaffold with traditional scaffolding are tested through experiments, therefore the performance comparison between the old and new scaffolding products as well as the ultimate bearing capacity and destruction form data of the new type of scaffolding are obtained.
