摘要
目前在我国的高等医学教育学府中,护理研究生教育缺乏统一的标准,普遍存在护理伦理学教学开展学时不够、师资配备不完善,以及教学内容片面局限的特点。高等护理人才培养的过程中,要确保护理伦理教学在该阶段的必要性,这既是护理研究生培养目标的要求,也是顺应当前医疗改革和医疗环境的需要。在护理研究生教育中开展并加强护理伦理教学,能够帮助学生提升职业素质,帮助学生在实际工作中做出最恰当的伦理决策,在减轻患者病痛改善患者愈后的同时,降低护患纠纷的发生率。
With the improvement of China's social and economic level and the advancement of medical technology,the ethical problems encountered by nursing workers in practical work are more and more complicated.The lack of nursing ethics education will lead to the undergraduates' humanistic qualities and the lack of humanistic care in practical work,which makes it difficult to make comprehensive,appropriate and reasonable nursing ethical decisions,thereby creating hidden medical problems and leading to contradictions between nurses and patients.At present,in our country's higher medical education institutions,there is a lack of uniform standards for nursing postgraduate education,and there are widespread features such as lack of school hours for nursing ethics teaching,incomplete teacher provision,and one-sided teaching content.In the teaching of nursing graduates in the training of advanced nursing talents,the necessity of ensuring nursing ethics teaching at this stage is not only the training objective of nursing graduates,but also the needs of the current medical reform and medical environment.Developing and strengthening nursing ethics education in nursing graduate education can help students improve their professional quality and make the most appropriate ethical decision in their actual work.It can help reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of patients while reducing disputes between nurses and patients.
