摘要
采用单因子试验设计,分析了中草药添加剂对萨福克与小尾寒羊杂交一代羔羊血清中酶活性的影响。结果表明,在精料中添加1.5%中草药添加剂,在4个不同测定阶段,ALT、AST、γ-GT、CK和LDH活性,试验组均低于对照组,且组间差异不显著(P>0.05);AKP活性,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。揭示了中草药添加剂对肉羊血清中酶活性具有一定影响。
The effect of Chinese herbal medicine additive on the enzyme activity in the serum of the first-generation lamb of Suffolk and Small Tail Han sheep was analyzed by single factor experiment design.The results showed that the activity of ALT,AST,AKP,γ-GT,CK and LDH,the experimental group was lower than control group in the different measurement stages (P<0.05).The activity of AKP with the experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).The results revealed that Chinese herbal medicine additives have certain effects on the enzyme activity in the serum of mutton sheep.
