摘要
先天性上睑下垂为临床较常见疾病,手术为其首选治疗方式。导致先天性上睑下垂症状的致病基因较多。至今相关突变位点已被发现上百个。近些年,越来越多与先天性上睑下垂症状相关的其它基因在一些医学综合征中得到研究。现对可导致先天性上睑下垂的相关基因的研究进展进行综述,为临床诊疗提供思路。
Congenital blepharoptosis is a common clinical disease,surgery is its preferred treatment.There are many genes causing congenital ptosis.Up to now,hundreds of mutation sites have been found.In recent years,more and more other genes related to congenital ptosis have been studied in some medical syndromes.This paper reviews the research progress of genes related to congenital ptosis,and provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
