摘要
针对煤矿井下爆炸性环境中输送机用电动机YBSD-315/160在检修工艺中存在的主要问题,分析了导致故障发生的原因,并结合现行标准和电动机检修工艺要点,明确了解决问题的技术方案,进而大大降低了电动机故障发生率,提高了电动机的检修质量,保证电动机在煤矿井下安全运行,减少了煤矿正常生产时因更换电机造成的损失。
In view of the main problems existing in the maintenance technology of conveyor motor YBSD-315/160kW in underground explosive environment of coal mine, the causes of faults are analyzed, and according to the current standards and the key points of motor maintenance technology, the technical scheme to solve the problem is defined, which greatly reduces the fault incidence of the motor, improves the maintenance quality of the motor, ensures the safe operation of the motor in the coal mine, and reduces the loss caused by the replacement of the motor in the normal production of the coal mine.
