摘要
目的探究护理干预对精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月该院收治的精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者30例进行对照研究,随机进行分组,将患者均分为实验组与对照组,每组患者15例,实验组患者采用针对性护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,对比两组患者的遵医情况、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖变化情况。结果实验组患者的遵医情况显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖变化情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者中,已经取得了良好的临床效果,利于患者控制血糖,可提高患者遵医行为,该种护理方式值得在临床中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on glycemic control in patients with schizophrenia associated with diabetes. Methods 30 patients with schizophrenia with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled in a controlled study. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with targeted nursing intervention, and patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The compliance of the two groups of patients, the 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and the fasting blood glucose were compared. Results The compliance of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The changes of blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention has been applied to patients with schizophrenia with diabetes. It has achieved good clinical results, which is beneficial to patients' control of blood glucose and can improve patients' compliance behavior. This kind of nursing method is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
