摘要
随着煤矿开采的机械化程度逐渐提高,大型设备被广泛应用于煤矿生产中,从而致使维持各种电气设备正常运行的电机功率不断增大。但是,传统的降压启动方式在设备启动过程中会出现二次冲击电流,已经不能满足当前煤矿的生产需求。因此,变频软启动器正是基于这一现状被逐渐应用到煤矿生产中。本文以济宁二号煤矿为例,探讨了变频软启动器在实际中的应用价值。研究表明,变频调速器的应用可以在降低安全事故发生的同时提高煤矿的生产水平。
With the gradual improvement of mechanization in coal mining, large-scale equipment is widely used in coal mine production, which results in the increasing power of motor to maintain the normal operation of various electrical equipment. However, the traditional step-down starting mode will produce secondary impulse current in the process of equipment start-up, which can’t meet the current production needs of coal mines. Therefore, based on this situation, frequency conversion soft starter is gradually applied to coal mine production. Taking Jining No. 2 Coal Mine as an example, this paper discusses the practical application value of frequency conversion soft starter. The research shows that the application of frequency converter can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and improve the production level of coal mine.
