摘要
针对目前矢量地图质量多级模糊综合评价中使用的传统模糊评价算子易失效且准确性低的问题,提出了一种基于高影响力评价算子HEEO的矢量地图质量多级模糊综合评价方法。以包含国界要素的地图为例,制定了涉及国界要素的矢量地图质量评价指标体系;并依据相关地图审核标准制定了地图质量等级,利用HEEO较好地解决了传统模糊评价算子失效以及评价不准确的问题,准确给出了包含国界要素的矢量地图质量评价;最后运用HEEO分析6组地图数据质量。评价结果显示,HEEO有优于传统算子的评价能力,验证了HEEO的有效性。
Traditional map evaluation based on experts’ priori knowledge can lead to subject evaluation,low evaluation efficiency and high operator failure rate.To solve the problem,a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operator called as High Effect Evalate Operator(HEEO), is put forward in this paper.Taking national boundary maps as an example,influencing factors of national boundary maps are classified.Also,the comment ranks are instituted according to related map standards.By using HEEO,evaluation accuracy can be improved,operator failure rate can be reduced and map quality can be evaluated accurately.Finally,in a set of experiments with 6 groups of map data,the effective rate of HEEO is faster than that of the traditional fuzzy operator.Experiment proves that HEEO is feasible and accurate.
