关于机外静压对风管式热泵空调输入功率和电流的影响分析

摘要 风管式热泵空调机组,根据现场安装环境会选择不同长度的风管,而整机的运行输入功率和电流会因不同风管长度受不同的机外静压影响。标准IEC60335-1中第10章输入功率和电流要求器具在正常工作条件下,其输入功率和电流的偏差必须在标准规定范围内。本文主要针对风管式热泵空调机组,分析其在不同的机外静压条件下电气安全输入功率和电流的变化情况,为以后相关机型电气安全实验方案的制定以及用户安装选型提供参考。 The different lengths of ducted will be selected for ducted type air-conditioner field installation according to the consumer environment .And the operating power input and current of ducted type air-conditioner will be affected by the external static pressure. The power input and current at normal operating temperature shall not deviate from the rated power input and current by more than the deviation shown in clause 10 of IEC 60335-1:2013.The article mainly focuses on analyzing the changes of power input and current when ducted type air-conditioner operated under different external static pressure, which provides reference for the formulate of test plan and the installation of consumer.
