高职教育服务乡村振兴的举措、困局与路向 被引量:27

摘要 乡村振兴战略为高职教育服务农业农村农民提供了时代机遇。当前,高职教育服务乡村振兴的途径主要包括三个方面:一是高职教育面向农村学生倾斜,二是引导高职毕业生到农村就业,三是大力推进农村职业培训。但也存在着高职普及不公平,毕业生不愿意回农村就业和科技服务成效不明显等问题。鉴于此,高职教育若以更高的质量服务乡村振兴,需要以需求为导向,实现与普通本科教育同等的待遇,改善城乡不均衡的二元结构,做到“留农”和“离农”并行不悖,主动做好农村社会的服务工作等政策建议。 The strategy of rural vitalization prouides an opportunity of the times for higher vocational education to serve agriculture ,rural areas and farmers. At present, there were three parts serving for rural vitalization by higher vocational education. First, higher vocational education policies were favor to students in rural area. Second, polices tried to guide the graduates to work in the countryside. Third, higher vocational colleges made energetic efforts for training and serving for peasants. Also there were some problems such as unfair in the popularization of higher education, graduates unwilling to return to rural areas and all efforts without any obvious effects. Inview of this, higher vocational education serves rural vitalization with higher quality should be labor demand-oriented, treating higher vocational education colleges and higher education institutes equally, improving the urban-rural dual structure, making stay or off the rural areas go hand in hand and higher vocational colleges taking up service actively.
