摘要
关节镜下肩袖修补术是治疗肩袖损伤的有效方法,但手术并发症严重影响其治疗效果。目前主要的手术并发症包括肩袖修补术后再次撕裂、关节僵硬、缝线锚钉相关并发症、感染等,本文对关节镜下肩袖修补术后并发症的发生率、发生原因、影响因素、预防和处理方法进行综述,以期为优化手术方案、提高手术效果和提升患者满意度提供参考。
Although arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is an effective procedure for treatment of rotator cuff injuries, surgical complications still have great influences on surgery effects. At present, the major complications include rotator cuff retear, joint stiffness, complications associated with suture anchors, infections etc.. In this paper, incidence, causes, influence factors, prevention and treatment of the above complications were reviewed in the hope of providing references to optimize the surgical plan, improve surgical outcome and increase patients' satisfaction degrees.
